Kendal Row accepts the following payment methods at checkout. Choose your preferred available option to complete the purchase.

Currency and authorisation
Orders are charged in GBP. The full order amount is charged when you place your order. Your bank may first display a temporary authorisation before the completed payment appears.
Payment security
Checkout information is transmitted through an encrypted connection and processed by payment providers. Kendal Row does not store full card credentials on its own servers. We may check unusual transactions and contact you for confirmation before dispatch.
If a payment is declined
Check the payment details, billing address and any authorisation required by your bank or wallet provider. If you are unsure whether an order went through, contact info@kendalrow.com before trying again so we can help check its status.
Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 working days after receipt and inspection. For statutory cancellations, reimbursement will not be delayed beyond 14 calendar days after we receive the returned goods or evidence of return, whichever is earlier. Inspection does not extend a legal deadline. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.
