Delivery within the United Kingdom
Kendal Row currently delivers within the United Kingdom only. Every order includes free standard delivery, with no minimum spend. We arrange packing and dispatch before your parcel enters transit.
Processing and estimated arrival
Delivery is free on every order within the United Kingdom, with no minimum spend.
- Processing: 1–3 working days, Monday to Saturday.
- Transit: 5–8 working days after dispatch.
- Estimated total: 6–11 working days.
- Order cut-off: 15:30 GMT+00:00, Monday to Saturday.
Orders placed before the cut-off enter processing that day. Orders placed later enter processing on the next processing day. Starting processing does not mean same-day dispatch. Tracking information is sent by email once the order has been dispatched.
Following your parcel
Your dispatch email contains the available tracking information. Carrier updates may take time to appear. Busy periods, weather and other logistical disruption can affect the estimate; if we learn of a material delay affecting your order, we will keep you informed. Delivery estimates do not remove your statutory rights.
