How long does delivery take?
Delivery is free on every order within the United Kingdom, with no minimum spend.
- Processing: 1–3 working days, Monday to Saturday.
- Transit: 5–8 working days after dispatch.
- Estimated total: 6–11 working days.
- Order cut-off: 15:30 GMT+00:00, Monday to Saturday.
Orders placed before the cut-off enter processing that day. Orders placed later enter processing on the next processing day. Starting processing does not mean same-day dispatch. Tracking information is sent by email once the order has been dispatched.
Can I return an order?
Request a return within 30 days of delivery by emailing info@kendalrow.com with your order number. We will provide the return instructions and destination. For our additional 30-day return offer, goods must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging. These conditions do not restrict your statutory rights.
You pay return postage for a change of mind. We charge no restocking fees. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us so we can arrange an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs where required by law.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 working days after receipt and inspection. For statutory cancellations, reimbursement will not be delayed beyond 14 calendar days after we receive the returned goods or evidence of return, whichever is earlier. Inspection does not extend a legal deadline. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.

Which payment methods can I use?
We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Maestro, Mastercard, Shop Pay, Union Pay and Visa. Payments are taken in GBP through the encrypted checkout.
