For our additional 30-day return offer, goods must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging. These conditions do not restrict your statutory rights.
You pay return postage for a change of mind. We charge no restocking fees. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us so we can arrange an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs where required by law.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 working days after receipt and inspection. For statutory cancellations, reimbursement will not be delayed beyond 14 calendar days after we receive the returned goods or evidence of return, whichever is earlier. Inspection does not extend a legal deadline. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.
