You can browse without creating an account. Ordering and using relevant services are subject to these Terms. We offer a selection of clothing for men and women. Shopify Inc. provides the ecommerce platform. New features and services are subject to these Terms where applicable; the current version is available on this page.
1. Using the online store
You must have the legal capacity to enter a purchase agreement, or act with any legally required permission. Do not use the store for unlawful purposes, transmit malicious software or interfere with its operation. We may restrict access where these requirements are breached, subject to applicable law.
2. Conditions of access
We may decline service where lawful and reasonably necessary. Information other than payment credentials may pass through networks and be adapted to technical requirements; payment transmissions are encrypted. You may not reproduce, resell or exploit the service or its content without permission. Section labels are provided for convenience and do not alter the meaning of these Terms.
3. Information on the website
We aim to keep store information accurate and current. General or historical content may not describe current availability. If you notice an error or need clarification before purchasing, contact us. Nothing in this section removes our responsibility for legally required product information or the terms of an accepted order.
4. Availability and price changes
Products, prices and availability may change. Changes normally apply to future orders; accepted orders remain subject to the agreed terms unless a lawful correction or cancellation is required. We may modify or discontinue services and products, without limiting rights you already have.
5. Choosing a product
Some products are available only online and quantities may be limited. Screen settings can affect how colours appear. Read the product description and select the intended variant before ordering. We may limit purchases where reasonably necessary. Returns follow our Refund and Return Policy. Statutory product rights remain unaffected.
6. Order and payment details
Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information and keep it current while an order is being handled. We may decline or cancel orders for lawful reasons, including suspected fraud or an inability to fulfil an order, and will notify you using the details provided. Any payment due back following cancellation is returned through the original payment method.
7. Optional tools
Optional third-party tools may be made available through the store. Their providers may apply separate terms. Review those terms before using the tools. We cannot control independently operated tools, but this does not exclude responsibilities that applicable law places on us.
8. Links beyond our store

11. Correcting mistakes
Occasional errors may affect product descriptions, availability, prices or delivery information. We may correct errors and update the store. If a material error affects your order, we will contact you about the available options, including cancellation and reimbursement where appropriate. We do not use this section to override rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

- Infringe intellectual property or another person’s rights.
- Harass, discriminate or publish harmful or misleading information.
- Distribute malware, viruses, spam or phishing messages.

13. Website operation and liability
We cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free website operation. Access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or circumstances outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability or consumer protection that cannot lawfully be limited. Product rights and our obligations for accepted orders remain applicable.
14. Responsibility for misuse
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for losses and third-party claims caused by your unlawful use of the store, infringement of another party’s rights, or material breach of these Terms. This does not require you to cover losses caused by our own unlawful conduct or override mandatory protections.
15. If a clause cannot apply
If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Any invalid provision is limited or replaced only to the extent legally permitted.
16. Ending access
You may stop using the website at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach or other lawful reason. Termination does not cancel existing payment, refund or other obligations that should continue, or remove rights arising before termination.
17. The agreement between us
These Terms and the policies referenced in them form the agreement governing use of the store and relevant purchases, together with the details of your accepted order. Failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive it. Any interpretation remains subject to applicable law.
18. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers elsewhere in the United Kingdom retain the mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings in their home jurisdiction that apply to them. This clause does not restrict any right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
19. Updates to these conditions
We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version on this page. Check the current version before placing a new order. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights under an existing purchase agreement.
20. Returns, cancellation and refunds
Request a return within 30 days of delivery by emailing info@kendalrow.com with your order number. We will provide the return instructions and destination. For our additional 30-day return offer, goods must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging. These conditions do not restrict your statutory rights.
You pay return postage for a change of mind. We charge no restocking fees. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us so we can arrange an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs where required by law.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 working days after receipt and inspection. For statutory cancellations, reimbursement will not be delayed beyond 14 calendar days after we receive the returned goods or evidence of return, whichever is earlier. Inspection does not extend a legal deadline. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.

We recommend tracked return postage and retaining proof of posting. Exchanges may be requested by email and depend on availability. Please send returned goods within 14 days of notifying us.
Your UK cancellation rights
For eligible online purchases, you may cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after delivery, then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. Our 30-day return request period is additional to these rights. You may inspect and try on goods as you would in a shop. Original packaging is not a condition of exercising statutory cancellation rights. Where legally permitted, handling beyond what is necessary may lead to a deduction for diminished value.
