Our 30-day return offer

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Under this additional offer, items must be unused, in their original condition and with their original packaging. Wear or damage outside permitted inspection may affect eligibility for the additional offer. We never charge a restocking fee. Your statutory rights are explained below and remain unaffected.

Arranging your return

Email info@kendalrow.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will give you the return instructions and correct destination. Send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us. Contacting us for instructions does not make a statutory cancellation dependent on our approval.

You cover change-of-mind return postage. We recommend a tracked service and retaining proof of posting. For an exchange, tell us the size or item you would prefer so we can confirm availability and the next steps.

If goods arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect, email us promptly with your order number and photographs where available. We will arrange an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs where required by law. These rights are not limited to our voluntary return offer.

Your UK cancellation rights

For eligible online purchases, you may cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after delivery, then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. Our 30-day return request period is additional to these rights. You may inspect and try on goods as you would in a shop. Original packaging is not a condition of exercising statutory cancellation rights. Where legally permitted, handling beyond what is necessary may lead to a deduction for diminished value.

Receiving your refund

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 working days after receipt and inspection. For statutory cancellations, reimbursement will not be delayed beyond 14 calendar days after we receive the returned goods or evidence of return, whichever is earlier. Inspection does not extend a legal deadline. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.

Any standard outbound delivery payment that must legally be refunded will be included. Our standard delivery is free.

Optional cancellation message

You may use the following wording, but it is not compulsory: “To Kendal Row, 35 Marriott Rd, Coundon, Coventry CV6 1BB, UK, info@kendalrow.com: I give notice that I cancel my contract for the following goods: [goods]. Ordered on: [date]. Received on: [date]. Customer name: [name]. Customer address: [address]. Date: [date].” Add your signature only if sending the notice on paper.
